The room was spacious and super comfortable. I loved the unique shower in the Catherine suite—definitely a highlight! The decor felt really elegant, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to stairs, the access can be tricky since there's no elevator. Also, the shower could use a bit of an upgrade, but it was a nice experience overall.

Unique shower in the Catherine suite, beautiful property, lots of books about civil war
A trash can in the room is necessary!!! The TV is not only small but awkwardly placed. A box of Kleenex would also enhance the room experience!!!

Had a fantastic trip with friends! The beautiful decor made it a perfect getaway, and the delicious breakfast was a highlight of our stay. It's a perfect place for those looking to explore the area, but if you're sensitive to stairs, make sure to ask for a lower floor, as there are no elevators. The only downside was the lack of direct interaction with the staff, which could have added a more welcoming touch to our stay.

We recently celebrated our wedding night here and it was beyond perfect! We loved relaxing in the garden area and soaking in the beautiful copper tub in our spacious suite. The only downside was that breakfast could have offered more variety, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience. 🥂

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We enjoyed visiting the Hollywood of the South and the Walk of Heroes Veterans War Memorial. The decor is beautiful and fitting for a getaway. The breakfast was a highlight, very well-prepared and delicious! Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to stairs, ask for a lower floor because there are no elevators.
The only downside was the lack of direct interaction with the staff during our stay. It would have been nice to feel a bit more welcomed.
